Salary reflects many undesirable aspects of the job such as working schedules and dangerous conditions. 2. Overtime reflects manpower shortages and staffing issues. 3. Excessive overtime is usually a reflection of poof management due to hiring from the outside. Note: The people earn those high salaries working nights, weekends and holidays, around shit and garbage on the track and avoiding skells and criminals, moving trains and electrified 3rd rails. They are unprotected and alone on busses in shithole neighborhoods. They are the ones who took the jobs that you wouldn't. |
