Nope. If you are referring to what he said about what he would do on his first day in office, He was just shooting off his mouth again. It was another one of Trumps baiting the left to get their panties in a knot. And they took the bait with one bite. Anyone who believes that Trump will be an actual "dictator" for his complete term should read the constitution.
