Well, for one,Erwin is a "provocatier",who likes to draw attention to himself over perceived slights.
He loves to start controversial topics of discussion, sits back to enjoy the fireworks.
When things don't go his way, in Every sense of the term, he cries "Wolf in the Hen house",to get the appropriate responses to feed his very toxic nature.
