It has not been a good off season for free agent signings. Lots of stars don't want to play here. The press (internet, papers and radio) is brutal. The players and fans freeze their asses off in April and May playing night baseball because the stadiums have no roofs.If the weather is the problem, then those players are sissies. Maybe it has more to with the fact that the NY teams (esp. the Mets) just suck. The migrant crisis is destroying this city. Really? The city seems the same as always, just a few more immigrants, and another budget crisis. There even changing Jackson Heights (again!). |
