Exactly on all counts. They don’t install those things where they want people to go slow, they install them where they know they will go fast. This explains the speed camera on North Conduit Avenue between 130th and Lefferts.

When I’m done getting past that one, I slam on the gas.*

*Yes, I still call it the gas.
