Please discuss that with the Supreme Court. They have 9 votes and I have none. Nothing in Dobbs said that Congress does not have the power to regulate abortions.

And since the 14th and other amendments extend to the states the restrictions originally imposed on the federal government (all the Congress shall not clauses now applying to the states as well), if the federal government has no right to restrict abortions, neither do the states.
