He was good at throwing money to get the vaccines created, but the logistics of getting people vaccinated he bungled. He prefers to be surrounded by yes men and not people who have the ability to cover up his weaknesses. I can understand not being surrounded by those who are looking to undermine you, but there is a wide swatch between that and unwavering loyalty. |
