I'm really interested in diet and nutrition. Wish I learned more about it decades ago.

Religion was always a major influence on diet.

Now, politics is taking the lead.

As Leftism gains more and more traction, we will be forced vegans. Truth is, Americans already get 70% of calories from plants.
