Who decides what things are "for the good of society"? An example: In Pennsylvania, there was at one time a helmet law for motorcyclists. The masses objected and the law was repealed. Point being is that helmet laws are for the individual and not society. People now have the right to have their brains splattered amongst the pavement. Power to the people!! Your bike, your head! |
