Well, none of them willfully withheld classified documents. President Biden invited the FBI to search for anything he may have inadvertently held, as did former VP Pence, Hunter Biden never worked for the government and thus never possessed (and probably never saw) any classified documents. Sec Clinton never kept any at her residences.

So of course they aren't indicted.
