Sorry, has nothing to do with the subject except for the word "bump", but I just had to 😂 This weekend, SiriusXM 70s on 7 is playing the American Top 40 broadcast from the week ending 4/22/72, and Mr. Tex's other big hit (I gotcha) was at it's peak position of #3. Casey Kasem told a story about he would manipulate the mike stand while singing, and you see it in this video (around 2:15 or so). He probably couldn't have made a record like that today 🙄 RIP Joe Tex |
