There were court proceedings that found that it wasn’t stolen.

But the court proceedings were cut short before the collection of evidence was finished. And yes, there was informal collection of evidence later that indicated Bush won Florida, but the informal count might have been wrong.

I'm only saying it's possible, not that Bush wasn't legitimately elected.
