Binding arbitration is just what the name implies. Mike Lindell entered into a contract which he wrote. If you can disprove my evidence about the election, I will give you $5 million. The decision as to whether you have succeeded is to be made by an arbitration panel and not subject to review by the courts. All of this was his ground rules. |
