He got a lot of resistance to his undermining activities from his initial and second rounds of appointees. Just as one of many examples, supposedly John Kelly resisted his attempts at getting the IRS to audit his opponents, but later in his term he had more success.In a second 4-year term he would start off knowing what works and what doesn't. |
