The average 401k lost 23% in just 1 year.That is likely true if you carefully pick your year. The 12 months ending exactly 9/30/2022 were really bad. But the origin of this thread was how people have fared in the last two years. I posted some S&P 500 stats. The S&P 500 has done OK over a two year period ending now. |
