Notice there's no claim of "giving up our personal rights" which is a damn sight more serious than "mandates should be done". That's why I wanted a link because what your OP sounded preposterous.

It probably took you 37 seconds to go back to the source where you read it initially. Too bad you transcribed it poorly.
