That's why I said it's not absolute, sometimes it applies, sometimes it doesn't. But most of the rest applies across the board.. In this case, regardless of one's opinions on the case as a whole, there is certainly nothing unconstitutional about it. That thought shows a total lack of understanding of the relevant laws by some people. Sort of like the folks who fail to grasp what free speech really means. |
