Any representation of US history they hate. It's just like what the Communist Manifesto says:
"In bourgeois society, then, the past controls the present; in communist society, the present controls the past."
A never-ending present in which the Communist Party is always right. The USA was founded upon love and justice; a communist society is founded on hatred.
