The rabbi talks about people who don’t donate all the time, just doesn’t mention them by name.There’s no point arguing this further as we clearly have a philosophical difference regarding language. I don’t subscribe to the idea that there are words that must never be spoken lest horrible things happen.* If someone says something bad, and you want to quote him, that’s on the original speaker, not the quoter. *IOW, if a movie has someone saying “fuck” 500 times, but no violence, or sex, it should be rated “G”. |
