I was more making fun of the fact that they recently changed the name of the Angels to the "Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim". The big joke in New York is that it's the "New Jersey Giants and the New Jersey Jets" (not that there's anything wrong with that), as yes, the Meadowlands, just as a lof ot New Jersey is a suburb of New York City, just as Anaheim is basically a suburb city of Los Angeles. |
