Ground Zero is a hole in the ground with no hope that construction will begin anytime in the foreseeable futureAs others have said, construction has already begun. the Fulton transit hub is getting smaller all the time Huh? The only part getting smaller is the glass egg and that's a GOOD thing. we have no Wal-Marts Who cares? And we do have Targets. and the Second Avenue Subway The project is moving right along. So I don't see any problems in the examples you gave. |
