I actually could get behind a 10 round magazine limit nationwide, as I think it's one of the few gun control measures that would actually curb mass shootings as well as help with gang violence. Run a program where you bring in one 30 round (or whatever size) magazine and receive a corresponding number of smaller magazines in exchange. But only if NOTHING ELSE changes. No registries, no red flag laws, no banning specific guns (toss the laws preventing legal purchase of AR-15 style rifles in states like NY and CT). Also, give us nationwide reciprocal shall-issue concealed carry. |
