If we're talking about such diseases as measles & mumps, etc, the only kids that they can infect are kids that also didn't take the vaccine. The vast majority of kids have taken the vaccine and so can't be infected. So the ones that DO get infected cannot win a lawsuit because they were remiss in getting the vaccine. |
