What constantly rubs mainstream Democrats the wrong way is how little progress Netanyahu has made with any kind of peace negotiations with the Palestinians, and the constant building of new settlements in Area C.They should stop blaming Netanyahu for Palestinian recalcitrance. As for the settlements, I agree, but most people don't know what "area C" is. Area C is the part that Israel controls under the Oslo accords. But I feel that more settlement building serves no real purpose and is a waste of Israeli resources and good will. |
