Now in todays news, I got a governor(R) who is urging all the illegals to fill out the census.The Census is obligated to count ALL persons, legal or not. Evidently if 80% of the people don't participate, they claim they'll lose a seat even with population growth. huh? Why is this so hard to understand? If too many people are left uncounted, the state's population growth will be understated. |
