How did you arrive at that conclusion?The Fourteenth Amendment only states: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." If a baby is born here, he or she is a US citizen. That includes so-called "anchor babies". If you are born here, you're "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States by definition. |
