Again,it was Written policy..but Not Law.And it was Only intended to protect tricky dick if in fact he was indicted. The fact that he bailed BEFORE hand doesn't change the Fact that he was guilty as sin. Even today...that Writ doesn't hold water...but some how they are enforcing it. |
