I found old Pink Fairies material on Youtube that Larry Wallis played on. I was shocked that he didn't use that same kind of aggressive sound on the recordings he did with 'Head (originally called Bastard); the On Parole album sounded a bit to me like watered-down southern rock over a lot of it. The band apparently was briefly a four-piece with both Wallis and Fast Eddie.Wallis was also in UFO during 1972, before Michael Schenker joined. |
