Mueller specifically cites the Russian GRU and their social media activities in his report, and has, in fact, indicted over a dozen of them for doing exactly what I described.

Incidentally, what president can call himself competent when his party controls both houses of Congress, yet the government shuts down four times?

It is possible for Trump to get re-elected, but with a track record like this, it certainly isn't a "done deal".
