You do realize there's a rising wave to impeach him? Not the worst idea in the world. He's AG, who is supposed to uphold law (meaning, as DoJ has demurred in indicting presidents lately he should provide 100% of all reports and materials to Congress in order for them to make a full determination on criminal liability of a president through Constitutionally mandated processes) not judge and jury.

Basically, their stupid policy is mandating an impeachment process. IIRC, this policy was instituted by the bush people. Which leads us to the fact that one should be careful what they ask for, as they might get it. Imagine a president attempting to run for re-election with the specter of an impeachment hanging over the campaign. Is this really what they want?
