I tried to get into the Navy JAG in 1979 but they weren't accepting inductees. Army JAG said they weren't accepting inductees until 1981. So please don't tell me I wasn't willing to serve. My family has served honorably since the Civil War. Right now I have a nephew who is a captain in the Army (Apache pilot) and a brother who is a Lt. Col. in the Army Reserve (surgeon). |
