But given that she didn't actually recuse herself (despite the news media saying she did, and all of us here believing she had until it was reported otherwise, TDS's nonsense notwithstanding), she probably reviewed Magat's decision before he announced it. At least, she ought to have reviewed it, given the publicity involved in the case. |
