No, it's not. And it's not even a career criminal, who still deserves to live. It was a fat fuck in horrible health who resisted arrest even though he knew or should have known that he was in no condition to be taken down.It was necessary to perform a takedown maneuver on Garner as he swatted away the officer's hands when he tried to handcuff him peacefully. |
