I'm not sure what you are implying in suggesting that there is such a thing as "Black privilege", which in our society, is fundamentally impossible. White people, for example, are extremely unlikely to find themselves detained and questioned for something like lawyering while Black. The fact that white people would never reasonably expect this to befall them, is a direct function of white privilege.
