Problem here is that Starr worked under a different statute. Mueller ultimately worked for the justice department, which can act now a s a buffer between Congress, the American people and the facts and truth. What we need to know is why trump isn’t indictable. My fear is the justice department and White House are covering that up as we type. They have every reason to.
