If you actually read the U.S. Constitution instead of the Soviet Constitution, you’d know that the Tenth Amendment also references rights retained by the people. And in any event, what retained right is involved when it comes to the procedure for the election for an office established by the Constitution itself?This is what happens when lay people think they can interpret laws. |
