Doing an assault weapon ban mandates a buyback. Turn in the gun and receive a check. Use those funds to buy a legal lethal weapon if you must. The government can't simply confiscate property without compensation. So they must compensate owners,Iike the did in Australia and will be doing in New Zealand. |
