You probably wouldn't because the Presidential candidate isn't the only item on the ballot. You'd have local candidates, maybe even ballot initiatives/referenda to vote on and you wouldn't miss that. Do you think people just stay home if there's a hotly contested senatorial or gubernatorial race going on same time as the Presidential election? |
