Birthright citizenship was established by the Fourteenth Amendment.

The US also has the doctrine of citizenship "of the soil", which extends to babies born on airplanes flying over US airspace, and on ships sailing on waters within 12 nm of a US coastline.

You really should read up on things before you post obvious falsehoods.
