What we are beginning to visibly experience now, is the cumulative effect of all that incinerating, polluting, and befouling of the environment you just pointed out. There is a considerable body of evidence to support this. That human activities have caused the global temperature to rise is not in dispute among the vast majority of the scientific community. Whether we have the will and the wherewithal to hold that warming to controllable levels, however, is where the jury is truly still out. |
