That's interesting - I usually get a slightly better number on the 2nd flight, because check in is 24 hours before the 1st flight, which provides a natural advantage to transferring customers (they will always have checked in before people who's first leg is on that flight).Of course, in your case it was the Vegas flight, which likely gets a lot of transfer-ees, and people transferring in from longer flights than Islip to Baltimore will get better numbers. Now I just do the early bird, no more setting alarms and clicking like a madman at 5:30 AM the day before my vacation... |
