There is legitimate question about whether Martin contributed as seen in text messages with girlfriend. They were also in a fight and pavement can be a dangerous weapon. Zimmerman caused Martin's death and had he not pursued Martin no criminal charges would have happened, but proving an intentional crime beyond a reasonable doubt isn't easy. |
