I agree but would point out that’s understandable psychologically and may be unintentional. It’s called “implicit bias” and it’s common for people to have racial and gender biases. We can associate bad behavior with a specific race or gender. We (humans) don’t associate that behavior with our own race or gender because we know that we don’t have that same bad behavior. Like seeing several bad Asian drivers may make someone believe that all Asian drivers are bad. Which is mostly true but there are exceptions. Jk. No really. |
