I went to college got a degree 3.2 GPA in Communications with a concentration in TV Production and I'm currently an MTA Train Operator a job that required passinga civil service exam and making it through training. I couldn't get my foot in the door in my field of study. Is it all bc I'm black no but according to research it damn sure didn't help. You draw your own conclusions. |
