They couldn't let him go with his hard-earned pension?No one can clarify what the pension issue is. He was born 5/5/1968, so it's not as though he was fired 2 days short of his 55th birthday, or anything like that. I've never heard of any pension system where being fired for reasons other than work-related criminality gives you a different pension from quitting. And I don't see why terminating employment on 3/16/2018 should be any different from 3/18/2018 when your birthday is 5/5. |
