Compare that with a wall which may be very difficult for illegals to get through or over.Compare the wall with a fence which to a good extent already exists, is very hard to get through or over, and is far less expensive to construct. Drones also work well against smugglers*, who don't just get sent back if they are caught. * In remote areas where they are easy to track, not in downtown El Paso. |
