Which will in turn jam up Federal Courts because Staff Lawyers who want to keep their jobs are evenly more likely to rubber stamp than ALJ's. There would not be such a backlog if SS didn't act like the insurance company in The Rainmaker. Yes they get a lot of BS, but usually those can be identified right away. Use your resources to investigate those that on their face have a colorable claim. |
