It's not splitting hairs. You guys don't understand the difference between mostly well-done polls and terribly-done statistical analyses of those polls.

If the weather forecast said 100% chance of precipitation tomorrow and I said it was going to snow tomorrow, and then it rained, and I blamed the weather forecast, you'd think I was pretty stupid.
