Yet it does not inform your attitude. You come off like some variety of cocooned civil service retiree that put in your time after college and got the pension. There's a lot of "I got mine, so fuck you'" among males of your age and experience. And you,re a peime example.

Things do not come to plenty of others so readily, especially women and minorities, who face a heap of prejudices on top of having to be better at anything and everything than your typical slob. Only to earn percentages less overall as it turns out to begin with. Makes the ending less happy when you worked twice as hard all those years only to be handed half in conclusion.
