Public education in western-culture based North American colonies predates the American revolution. Preservation, nurturing and continuation of same is as American as America gets.The free flow of trade between the states is also a foundation concept for the Federal government. Public access to roads, rail, air and infrastructure is also mandated in the Constitution, all such infrastructure should be public and availble at cost. |
